Panthers kick off up the slope and are soon on the attack as Louis beats 2 players and shoots just wide, another quick attack sees David pass to Henry who shoots good save by the Ferrers keeper, a shot from Ferrers sees Adam called into the game solid save.

Quick pass to Oliver who finds Will who goes on a strong run, Louis sets David up with a good pass and David blasts the ball into the net.

A strong tackle from Oliver who sets Louis up who wins a corner, David takes a short corner to Will whose strong shot is pushed around the post by the Ferrers keeper, another corner this time from the right from David finds Will who puts the ball in the net.

Flynn replaces Louis and Chloe comes on for Oliver.

Flynn is straight into the game with a strong run through on goal only to be tackled by his team mate, another attack from Ferrers comes to nothing as Chloe strong tackle sets Henry up whose strong shot is saved by the Ferrers keeper.
 
2nd half starts with Henry now in goal and Adam upfront.
 
Ferrers are soon on the attack another great tackle from Will stops this attack, David sends a great pass out to Adam on the wing great cross finds Flynn who shoots just wide, Louis on for David, Ferrers back on the attack and score Henry nearly keeping the ball out.

From the kick off Louis powerful run and shot sees the Ferrers keeper making yet again a great save, Ferrers back on the attack and a good shot is brilliantly saved by Henry only he knows how he kept that one out.

The game is now end to end with both teams putting everything they have got into this last match before the Christmas break, Louis finds Adam who is through on goal and yet again the Ferrers keeper saves.

The ref blows the whistle, the players shake hands, the Panthers not at their best but against a determined Ferrers team earned a good result.

Panthers kept up their proud record of scoring in every match this season.

Well done team, and a big thank you to all the parents for all their very vocal support.

Coaches Notes : Lot’s of positive play from the team but they must realise that no game is easy. Great end to the first part of the season, well done
